Knapp has provided certification consulting services for over 135 organizations in 18 industries. Our clients' certificants span more than 120 countries. Each year, our largest client alone administers over 100,000 exams. (That’s a lot of pre-test jitters!)

And, our landmark book, The Business of Certification: A Comprehensive Guide to Developing a Successful Program, has sold over 1,250 copies. It was also named by the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) as one of "Six Books You and Your Association Need." (We humbly agree.)
